Some of you will find what is highlighted here a little hard to swallow. It will challenge your view of the world as you have probably seen it for your entire life. Your first reaction to many of the topics will be: "that's nonsense", "that's ridiculous" or "I can't believe that for a moment".

The purpose of these topic threads is not to convince you to change your personal view of the world. That's your own business to sort out within your own mind. However, we hope you will be intrigued enough by what you see here to go and do your own research.

We are living in interesting times. The whole world is being turned into a totalitarian state right in front of us. Gradually, one step at a time. For the best part of the 21st Century this move to global facism has speeded up. The European Common Market has metamorphosied from a free trade area, which we had a referendum to join in the early 1970s in the UK, to an unelected superstate, where decisions about our future will no longer be made in our UK Parliaments. The Lisbon Treaty was the last chance to stop the madness ... now we will have a real struggle to turn back.

All three major UK parties have not the slightest intention of doing anything about the European situation.

And besides this, we have various schemes being put in place to, in effect BAN NUTRIENTS, pump us full of un-natural chemicals, and microchip the entire population of Earth so every move you make will be monitored.

This is NOT science fiction. It's a disturbing reality, which is seen by many who have not done the research as pure fantasy - because the majority of it is left unreported in the mainstream media. The first reaction of many who walk into this minefield is to dismiss anyone who suggests such things are happening as paranoia.

The problem is, if you dig deep enough you discover that this is far from being the case.

All we ask is that when you stumble upon these forums, you do one thing before proceeding on your own voyage of discovery:

TAKE A DEEP BREATH. Step back, and play the game of "What If".

What if what you read here is true?

What if there is a reason why all this is not being reported by the mainstream media?

What if the lessons of what we can learn from history in terms of how those in power have acted can indeed be applied to the actions of today's leaders?

When you look up and see what's around you, we hope it will become clear that we have been led into an Orwellian nightmare, which is going to get far worse before it gets better.

The cheap shot, the ad hominem attack will be to assume that, by bringing your attention to what is really going down, we are having some sort of mid-life crisis. In truth, this is actually, for some of us, a mid-life awakening.

Your first reaction will be disbelief. Then comes the fear. Then comes the anger. And then will come the enlightenment that the power to do something about it is within us all.

My own disbelief began via that bizarre chap called Tony Blair. You know, that bloke who ran the UK for a time, and wanted for so long to be remembered as one of our greatest leaders. A man who wanted to inspire us all with a dream that was "New Labour".

Then came the alleged danger from Iraq. You'll recall that, suddenly, we're advised in the UK Parliament that their man in charge, Saddam Hussein, had developed "Weapons of Mass Destruction". The threat was tangible. Within 45 minutes of him pressing the button, this lunatic despot was going to be able to wipe out huge tranches of the UK with his airborne missiles of terror. We were under a very real and immediate threat. We had to take this guy down. Cut off the head of the serpent. It was obvious from his manner that "our Tony" knew more than he was letting on. He had to keep the full scale of what he knew about the threat from Iraq under wraps, so that we wouldn't panic. That was the cue for me, and so many of us in the UK, to realise that the spirit of John Wayne had to be resurrected.

"We" had to go and get the bad guys.

Except ... there were NO "Weapons of Mass Destruction". What there HAD BEEN in Iraq had been sold to Saddam in the 1980s by the Americans. But those that there had been had long since been decommissioned, disarmed and disposed of. The Weapons Inspectors kept telling us all that. Did we listen? No, of course not.

So, why did Blair become Bliar? Why did he flush his entire image, reputation and legacy down the toilet? What could possibly have made him back an illegal invasion and an illegal war - one which has made the USA and the UK two of the most hated countries on the face of planet?

That was what started my quest for the truth. And to be honest, the truth hurts. And it will hurt you as we point you in the direction of some of the things that have been discovered.

And one thing leads to another. So many events that seem unconnected actually become linked to each other as the big picture comes into focus.

A word of caution, if you choose to participate and follow the lines of research we place down for you here. It will change your lifestyle. It will change what you eat. It will change what you drink. It will change the way you look at your doctor, dentist, and your newsreader of choice. It will change the way you run your finances. It will almost certainly change your politics (if you are one of the only 60% of the UK, that is, who have any interest in politics, that is).

Unfortunately, the problem we are only too well-aware of is that there will be a tendency for some folk to want to shoot the messenger for bringing much of this to your attention. We have to be prepared for what are called ad hominem attacks - basically, these are attacks against the PERSON rather than the MESSAGE. When you see the world in a new way you will be aware that these sort of attacks are incredibly common in the mainstream media. Rather than actually talk about the issues, "they" seek to discredit the person who is highlighting the issues. The idea being that by discrediting the person they will discredit what is being said. Be very careful of this, and look out for it. It's the first sign that you're being presented the truth and others are trying to guide you away from it.

The easy thing to do when you make discoveries like this is to do nothing. Let you make your own discoveries in your own time. However, one thing is certain: storms are a-coming. A global collapse that will rival the great depression is imminent. The signs are there. Via Cineology, we know that those into extraordinary fictional TV and film already have the desire for a bright future - good conquering evil is the core of so many of our favourite shows. Maybe helping some of you to your own awakening will help everything in the long run.

But the bottom line is this: BIG BROTHER is here. And he's going to be watching you more and more.
